We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Deckhand to join our team. Your role will be to help ensure the exterior of the vessel is maintained to the highest standards by working closely with the Bosun under the instruction of the Officers. You will carry out daily maintenance and contribute to creating a positive and coherent deck team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of yachting experience, strong product knowledge and maintenance skills, and a clear understanding of the daily operation of the deck department. Previous new build experience is beneficial but not essential. Additionally, you should have tender driving experience onboard both jet and stern drive, crane and lifting operation experience, and experience with water sports operations and guest interactions.
